Refund Policy Overview

Refunds and replacements are reviewed based on the service type, order status, delivery progress, payment method, and support review. Not every order is eligible for a refund once processing has started.

ELIGIBLE2

When Refunds May Be Available

A refund may be available if your order cannot be started, the service becomes unavailable before fulfillment, a duplicate payment was made, or Vanta Boosts is unable to complete the order.

DELAYS3

Delayed Orders

If an order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window due to a service-side issue, support may offer a refund, replacement, refill, partial refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution.

NOT COVERED4

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available if the order has already started, the order was completed, incorrect information was submitted, the server/link/account was changed, deleted, restricted, private, unavailable, or the issue was caused by Discord or another third-party platform.

BOOSTS5

Server Boost Refunds

Refunds are not offered if boosts are removed, terminated, or affected by Discord, server security systems, anti-raid bots, platform enforcement, or issues outside our control.

TOKENS6

Nitro Token Refunds

Tokens are pre-validated before sale, but no warranty is provided for post-purchase invalidation, CAPTCHA requirements, Discord actions, or user misuse after delivery.

MEMBERS7

Discord Member Drops

If members are removed during a Discord ban wave or platform action, no refund, compensation, or replacement will be provided because it is outside our control.

PAYMENTS8

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed exclusively through Litecoin (LTC), unless Vanta Boosts clearly states otherwise during the support review.

DISPUTES9

Chargebacks & Payment Reversals

Unauthorized payment reversals, chargebacks, or fraudulent disputes may result in cancellation of pending orders, loss of service access, and permanent restriction from Vanta Boosts.
