Important purchase note
You can buy any amount you want, but you do not have to use the full amount at once. For example, if you purchase 500, you can choose to use only 25. The bot allows you to set a custom amount anywhere from 1 up to the total number you purchased.
Before redeeming
Before redeeming your purchase, make sure all security bots are disabled in your server. This is required to prevent conflicts with our bot system.
- Disable onboarding if your server has it enabled.
- Disable membership screening or any join applications users must complete before entering.
- Disable any bot with anti-nuke or raid protection to avoid conflicts.
- If any of these features remain enabled, the bot may not function properly and members may not be added successfully.

Make sure you invite the bot to the correct server before redeeming your invoice ID.
Redeem Invoice ID
Use the redeem command below to redeem your purchase.
?redeem <Invoice ID>Invoice ID
Your invoice, also known as your order ID, is listed on your purchase confirmation after checkout.
Do not include brackets
Do not include the < > symbols when using the ?redeem command. Only enter your actual invoice ID.
Use Join Command
Use the help command to view all commands related to your purchase.

How to Find Your Invoice ID
After you complete checkout, keep the confirmation details from your purchase. Your invoice ID (order ID) is the reference you will enter with the redeem command in the Redeem Invoice ID section above.
- 1Finish checkout and wait for the purchase confirmation page to load.
- 2Save the order reference shown on that confirmation page.
- 3If you received a purchase confirmation email, check it for the same order reference.
- 4Copy the reference exactly, then use it with the ?redeem command (without angle brackets).

If you cannot find your invoice ID, contact support with your purchase details before redeeming.
