Crypto Payment Confirmation Times

Confirmation time depends on the blockchain network, fee paid, and current congestion. Most orders mark Paid after the required number of confirmations — not immediately when you broadcast the transaction.

   Locate your transaction hash in your wallet after sending.

   Compare required confirmations shown on the Vanta invoice with progress on a block explorer.

   Allow extra time during network congestion or if you used a low fee.

   Do not send a second payment while the first is still confirming.

   Contact support with transaction hash if Paid status has not updated well after expected confirmations.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
