Overview

Vanta blocks self-referrals — visiting your own link while signed into the same account does not count as a click or commission. Test links in a private window while logged out.

What you should check

  1. 1Never complete a purchase through your own ref link on the same account.
  2. 2Test tracking in incognito/private mode while logged out of Vanta.
  3. 3Share your link with others — commission requires a different customer's paid order.
  4. 4Self-referral fraud attempts can suspend your referral profile.
  5. 5See referral-tracking for legitimate attribution rules.
3

What not to do

  • Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
  • Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
  • Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
4

When to contact support

Open live chat on vantaboosts.com if the checklist does not resolve the issue, or if your order needs investigation.

  • Invoice / order number from your confirmation email or account orders page
  • The product you purchased
  • A working Discord invite when delivery is involved
  • A short description of what you expected versus what you see
