Overview
Replacement review applies only to eligible delivery failures or drops covered by product terms. Mass removals from Discord ban waves, buyer-side kicks, or normal attrition are generally not replaced.

What you should check
- 1Note when members dropped — immediately after delivery vs days later affects eligibility.
- 2Confirm you did not kick members or re-enable anti-raid tools that removed accounts.
- 3Check whether a Discord platform ban wave coincided with the drop.
- 4Gather invoice ID, approximate join count at delivery, and current member count.
- 5See boost-warranty-and-replacement-eligibility for boost orders (separate product line).
3
What not to do
- Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
- Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
- Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
