Overview

Replacement review applies only to eligible delivery failures or drops covered by product terms. Mass removals from Discord ban waves, buyer-side kicks, or normal attrition are generally not replaced.

What you should check

  1. 1Note when members dropped — immediately after delivery vs days later affects eligibility.
  2. 2Confirm you did not kick members or re-enable anti-raid tools that removed accounts.
  3. 3Check whether a Discord platform ban wave coincided with the drop.
  4. 4Gather invoice ID, approximate join count at delivery, and current member count.
  5. 5See boost-warranty-and-replacement-eligibility for boost orders (separate product line).
3

What not to do

  • Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
  • Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
  • Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
4

When to contact support

Open live chat on vantaboosts.com if the checklist does not resolve the issue, or if your order needs investigation.

  • Invoice / order number from your confirmation email or account orders page
  • The product you purchased
  • A working Discord invite when delivery is involved
  • A short description of what you expected versus what you see
