Member Replacement Eligibility

Replacement review applies only to eligible delivery failures or drops covered by product terms. Mass removals from Discord ban waves, buyer-side kicks, or normal attrition are generally not replaced.

   Note when members dropped — immediately after delivery vs days later affects eligibility.

   Confirm you did not kick members or re-enable anti-raid tools that removed accounts.

   Check whether a Discord platform ban wave coincided with the drop.

   Gather invoice ID, approximate join count at delivery, and current member count.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
