What warranty means here

Boost warranty and replacement eligibility describe when Vanta Boosts may refill or replace boosts after a verified delivery problem. This is not an unlimited guarantee — outcomes depend on product terms, delivery status, and whether the issue was within Vanta’s control.

When replacement may be reviewed

A verified Vanta-side fulfillment failure prevented delivery
Delivery was marked complete but logs show a clear platform-side error eligible under policy
An order was delayed beyond the expected window due to a service-side issue noted in policy
Duplicate payment or order error verified by support

Delayed orders may qualify for refund, replacement, refill, partial refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution per the refund policy when the delay is caused by a service-side issue.

What is usually not covered

Boosts removed because delivery accounts were kicked or banned from the server
Discord account restrictions, terminations, or platform enforcement
Anti-raid bots, moderation tools, or server security removing accounts
Incorrect, expired, or changed invites submitted by the customer
Issues caused by Discord or other third-party platforms outside Vanta’s control
Orders already completed where the customer changed servers or deleted the community

This aligns with the official refund policy: refunds are not offered when boosts are removed or affected by Discord, server security systems, anti-raid bots, platform enforcement, or circumstances outside our control.

Approved refunds are processed exclusively through Litecoin (LTC) unless Vanta Boosts clearly states otherwise during support review.
