Why have my boosts not appeared?

Follow this checklist when payment succeeded but your Discord server boost count has not increased — invite fixes, server settings, and support escalation.

If payment went through but your server boost count has not changed, the cause is usually an invite or server-setting problem — not a failed payment. This guide walks through the exact checks Vanta Boosts support asks for before investigating an order.

What normally happens

After successful payment, delivery accounts join your server through the invite you provided and apply boosts from accounts with available Nitro boost capacity. When delivery succeeds, your boost count rises and perk levels update according to Discord’s rules.

Good to know

Delivery accounts may appear offline in the member list. Boost status is determined by Server Boost Status, not by whether accounts look active in chat.

Common causes

  • Apply to Join blocking accounts that are not manually approved
  • Membership screening holding or rejecting new members
  • Anti-raid or security bots removing accounts immediately after join
  • Invite expired, out of uses, or restricted to certain channels or vanity rules

Step-by-step server prep
