Why have my boosts not appeared?
Follow this checklist when payment succeeded but your Discord server boost count has not increased — invite fixes, server settings, and support escalation.

What this article covers
If payment went through but your server boost count has not changed, the cause is usually an invite or server-setting problem — not a failed payment. This guide walks through the exact checks Vanta Boosts support asks for before investigating an order.
What normally happens
After successful payment, delivery accounts join your server through the invite you provided and apply boosts from accounts with available Nitro boost capacity. When delivery succeeds, your boost count rises and perk levels update according to Discord’s rules.
Good to know
Delivery accounts may appear offline in the member list. Boost status is determined by Server Boost Status, not by whether accounts look active in chat.
Common causes
- Apply to Join blocking accounts that are not manually approved
- Membership screening holding or rejecting new members
- Anti-raid or security bots removing accounts immediately after join
- Invite expired, out of uses, or restricted to certain channels or vanity rules
- Banned-member lists or auto-mod rules targeting new accounts
- A Vanta-side fulfillment issue requiring manual review
Exact checklist before contacting support
- 1Create a fresh server invite — do not reuse an old link from chat history.
- 2Set the invite so it does not expire quickly; unlimited or long expiry is preferred.
- 3Ensure the invite has enough remaining uses for all delivery accounts.
- 4Disable Apply to Join while delivery is in progress, or be ready to approve pending members immediately.
- 5Review membership screening rules and pending approval queues.
- 6Check anti-raid, verification, and moderation bot logs for kicks, bans, or quarantine actions.
- 7Review your banned members list for accidental blocks on delivery accounts.
- 8Contact Vanta Boosts support with your invoice number and the updated working invite.
Step-by-step server prep
- 1Open Discord → your server → Invite People → Edit invite link.
- 2Set expire duration to Never or the longest option available and increase max uses if needed.
- 3Temporarily turn off Apply to Join under Server Settings → Enable Community or membership settings as applicable.
- 4Pause aggressive anti-raid modes or whitelist join actions during delivery if your bot allows it.
- 5Copy the new invite and keep it ready for support — do not post it publicly.
- 6Watch Server Settings → Server Boost Status for count changes for several minutes after settings are fixed.
What not to do
- Do not kick or ban new accounts that may be completing your order.
- Do not buy the same product again until support confirms the first order status.
- Do not assume boosts failed because accounts look offline.
- Do not disable boosts or remove roles from delivery accounts during review.
When to contact support
Contact support after you complete the full checklist and boosts still have not appeared, or if your order shows an error or unexpected status.
