Customer Discord Role

Vanta may assign a customer role in the official Discord server after you connect Discord or meet purchase criteria. Role sync can take time after linking.

   Join the Vanta Discord at discord.gg/vantaboosts if you have not already.

   Connect Discord in your Vanta account settings and complete OAuth authorization.

   Allow up to 24 hours for role sync after connecting or completing a qualifying order.

   Confirm you joined with the same Discord account linked to Vanta.

   Contact support with invoice ID if the role still has not applied after 24 hours.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.

• Invoice / order number from your confirmation email or account orders page
• The product you purchased
• A working Discord invite when delivery is involved
• A short description of what you expected versus what you see
