What a boost drop means
A boost drop happens when your server’s boost count decreases after delivery. This can occur minutes or days later depending on the cause. Boost drops are not always preventable, and replacement is reviewed case by case.
Good to know
Exact warranty duration for your product is not confirmed in current product data. Support will compare your order with the product terms and refund policy during review.
Common causes
- Discord restricted or terminated a boosting account
- Server staff kicked or banned delivery accounts
- The purchased service period ended for time-limited products
- Anti-raid or moderation bots removed boosting accounts
- Platform events outside Vanta’s control affected boost capacity
- Customer changed server settings in ways that removed members
What normally happens after delivery
When delivery completes successfully, boosts remain on the server while the underlying boost contributions stay valid under Discord’s rules and your product terms. Drops tied to kicks, bans, or Discord enforcement are common reasons warranty may not apply.
What you should check
- 1Open Server Settings → Server Boost Status and note the current count.
- 2Compare the count with your invoice quantity and any previous screenshots.
- 3Check moderation and audit logs for kicks, bans, or bot removals.
- 4Confirm whether Apply to Join or screening left accounts pending or removed.
- 5Verify you did not intentionally remove new accounts from the member list.
- 6Document when you first noticed the drop and whether it followed a bot action or Discord notice.
Step-by-step if boosts dropped
- 1Capture a screenshot of your current Server Boost Status.
- 2Collect your invoice or order number.
- 3Prepare a working server invite and server ID if available.
- 4Count how many boosts are missing relative to your purchase.
- 5Open live chat on vantaboosts.com with the information above.
- 6Wait for warranty review — do not reorder until support advises.
What not to do
- Do not mass-kick new accounts while investigating — that can worsen the drop.
- Do not assume automatic free replacements without support confirmation.
- Do not publicly share invoice numbers or invite links.
- Do not file a chargeback before support completes review.
When to contact support
Contact support as soon as you notice an unexpected drop. Early logs and screenshots help determine whether replacement may be eligible.
- Invoice or order number
- Server ID or working invite
- Number of missing boosts
- Screenshot of boost count before and after if available
