Duplicate or Accidental Payments

Duplicate checkouts can create multiple paid orders. Contact support immediately with all invoice IDs before delivery starts on both — refund review depends on fulfillment status and eligibility.

   List all invoice IDs from confirmation emails or vantaboosts.com/account/orders.

   Contact support before fulfillment begins on the accidental order.

   Do not initiate chargebacks while support reviews duplicate payments.

   If both orders delivered, refund eligibility may be limited — see refund-eligibility.

   Cancel duplicate crypto sends before broadcast if you notice the mistake in time.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
