Why a payout request is unavailable

The Request Payout button is disabled when the platform detects a condition that would make a withdrawal invalid or duplicate. This guide lists each common blocker and how to resolve it.

• Withdrawable balance is below the $20 minimum
• Commissions are still inside the 14-day hold and not yet withdrawable
• An existing payout request is pending or approved — only one open payout at a time
• Invalid or incomplete payout destination entered previously
• Affiliate account restricted due to policy review, fraud signals, or disputes

   Open https://vantaboosts.com/account/referrals and read Withdrawable balance — not just pending earnings.

   Confirm no payout in your history shows pending or approved status.

   Check whether recent referred orders are still within the 14-day hold.

   Verify refunds or chargebacks on referred orders did not reverse commissions.

   Review any dashboard message about restrictions or open requests.

When withdrawable balance is at least $20 and no open payout exists, Request Payout enables. After submission, those funds move to reserved for payout until the request is paid or rejected.

   Continue sharing your referral link to earn additional eligible commissions.

   Wait for existing commissions to exit the 14-day hold.

   Let any open payout complete — paid or rejected — before submitting another.

   When withdrawable reaches $20+, open the payout form and double-check your destination.

• Do not assume pending earnings can be withdrawn before the hold ends.
• Do not create duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions.
• Do not submit test payouts with fake addresses.

Contact support if numbers look incorrect after holds should have cleared, if a rejected payout did not return funds to withdrawable balance, or if you see restricted status without explanation.
