How Customers Redeem Reseller Keys

Customers enter the reseller key at Vanta checkout or the dedicated redemption flow to apply prepaid value toward a product. Each key is single-use and tied to the product type you generated.

   Give customers the full key string — partial keys fail redemption.

   Confirm the key product matches what the customer wants to buy.

   Direct customers to how-reseller-keys-work for the step-by-step redemption guide.

   Ensure customers submit a valid Discord invite for delivery products.

   Monitor redemption status in your reseller panel order history.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
