Overview

Discord server boosts are applied from accounts with active Nitro subscriptions that include boost allowances. Vanta manages delivery accounts; you do not need to supply Nitro accounts for standard boost orders.

What you should check

  1. 1Standard Vanta boost orders do not require you to provide Nitro tokens or personal Nitro accounts.
  2. 2Boosting accounts may appear offline in your member list — this is normal during automated delivery.
  3. 3Server boost count increases when accounts successfully join and assign their boost to your server.
  4. 4If you purchased Nitro tokens separately, those are redeemed through Boost Bot or Boost Tool — not the same as managed boost delivery.
  5. 5See how-discord-server-boosts-work for the full delivery flow.

What not to do

  • Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
  • Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
  • Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.

When to contact support

Open live chat on vantaboosts.com if the checklist does not resolve the issue, or if your order needs investigation.

  • Invoice / order number from your confirmation email or account orders page
  • The product you purchased
  • A working Discord invite when delivery is involved
  • A short description of what you expected versus what you see
