Order Marked Delivered Incorrectly

When your dashboard shows Delivered but boosts or members are missing.

Overview

Delivered means fulfillment completed on Vanta's side — verify Server Boost Status or member count in Discord before assuming an error. Misconfigured invites or post-delivery kicks can make delivery look incorrect.

What you should check

    Read order-says-delivered-but-nothing-arrived for the primary troubleshooting flow.

    Check Server Settings → Server Boost Status or member count — not just online indicators.

    Review audit log for anti-raid kicks after the delivered timestamp.

    Confirm you are checking the same server as the submitted invite.

    Contact support with invoice ID, invite link, and screenshots of boost/member status.

What not to do

  • Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
  • Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
  • Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
