Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not offered when services are terminated by Discord, delivery failed due to buyer-side server settings, tokens were misused, or chargebacks were filed. Vanta terms limit refunds to verified service errors and eligible cases.

   Confirm whether anti-raid kicks, wrong invites, or buyer misconfiguration caused the issue.

   Understand Discord platform actions (ban waves, enforcement) are outside Vanta control.

   Unauthorized payment reversals can permanently restrict your account.

   Approved refunds are processed via Litecoin (LTC) per Vanta terms.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
