Server Safety and Discord Enforcement

Vanta is not affiliated with Discord Inc. Discord may remove accounts, restrict servers, or enforce community guidelines independently. Boost delivery and retention can be affected by server violations, raids, or platform-wide ban waves.

1. 1Ensure your server complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. 2Avoid using boosts on servers engaged in prohibited content or fraud — enforcement can remove accounts.
3. 3Understand that Discord ban waves can remove boosting accounts with no replacement under Vanta terms.
4. 4Keep anti-raid and verification settings reasonable so legitimate delivery accounts are not mass-kicked.
5. 5Contact support with invoice ID if boosts dropped after delivery — eligibility depends on cause and timing.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
