Refund and Dispute Commission Reversals

When a referred order is refunded or disputed, the associated commission is reversed from pending or available balance. Chargebacks on referred orders can also suspend referral privileges.

   Check commission status in Account → Referrals if a referred customer received a refund.

   Expect available balance to decrease when a reversal processes.

   Disputes during the 14-day hold cancel pending commission before payout.

   Repeated reversals from fraud patterns can disable your referral profile.

   Contact support with order invoice ID if you believe a reversal was applied in error.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
