Sending Crypto on the Correct Network

Sending on the wrong network is the most common cause of undetected crypto payments. Always match the exact network label on the Vanta invoice — ERC-20, TRC-20, Solana, and others are not interchangeable.

   Read the network name on the invoice before copying the deposit address.

   In your wallet, select the same network when sending — not just the token symbol.

   Double-check the address character-by-character after pasting.

   Never send BTC to an ETH address or vice versa.

   If you already sent on the wrong network, contact support immediately with transaction hash — recovery is not guaranteed.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
