Adding Reseller Balance

Reseller balance is prepaid funds used when generating keys or placing API orders. Top up through the payment options in the reseller panel — available methods are shown at load time.

   Open the Reseller Hub and navigate to balance or top-up.

   Select an enabled payment method and complete checkout for the load amount.

   Wait for payment confirmation before generating keys — insufficient balance blocks creation.

   Keep receipts for accounting — balance loads are generally non-refundable.

   Contact support with reseller ID if payment succeeded but balance did not update.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.

• The product you purchased
