Where to Find an Order Number

Your Vanta order number is the invoice ID sent in your purchase confirmation email. It also appears on each order in your account dashboard and is required for support lookups.

   Search your inbox (and spam/junk) for the Vanta purchase confirmation email sent after checkout.

   Copy the invoice ID exactly — do not confuse it with a payment processor reference number.

   Sign in and open vantaboosts.com/account/orders to find the same ID on your order row.

   If you checked out as a guest, use the email address you entered at checkout when contacting support.

   Paste the full invoice ID into live chat — partial IDs slow down order lookups.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
