Captcha-Locked and Restricted Tokens

Discord may flag token accounts with captcha challenges, phone verification, or restrictions that prevent boosting. These platform-side locks are outside Vanta's control and may not be recoverable.

   Note the exact error shown in Boost Bot or Boost Tool — captcha-lock messages indicate Discord-side flags.

   Do not repeatedly retry the same token; multiple failures can worsen restrictions.

   Try a different token from your batch if you purchased multiple.

   Ensure your boosting environment uses a stable IP — VPN hopping can trigger captchas.

   Contact support with invoice ID if all tokens in an order are restricted — warranty review may apply.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.

• Invoice / order number from your confirmation email or account orders page
• The product you purchased
• A working Discord invite when delivery is involved
