Why Boosting Accounts Appear Offline

Why delivery accounts may show as offline in your Discord member list after boosts are applied.

Overview

Boost delivery accounts often appear offline in the member list even while their boosts are active on the server. Discord counts active boosts separately from online status — offline appearance does not mean boosts failed.

What you should check

  1. 1Open Server Settings → Server Boost Status and verify the active boost count matches your order.
  2. 2Do not judge delivery success by whether boosting accounts show a green online indicator.
  3. 3Avoid kicking or banning delivery accounts — this can remove boosts from your server.
  4. 4If boost count is short, see why-have-my-boosts-not-appeared before assuming offline status is the issue.
  5. 5Contact support with invoice ID and a screenshot of Server Boost Status if counts do not match.
3

What not to do

  • Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
  • Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
  • Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.

When to contact support

Open live chat on vantaboosts.com if the checklist does not resolve the issue, or if your order needs investigation.

  • Invoice / order number from your confirmation email or account orders page
  • The product you purchased
  • A working Discord invite when delivery is involved
  • A short description of what you expected versus what you see
