Why Boosting Accounts Appear Offline
Why delivery accounts may show as offline in your Discord member list after boosts are applied.
Last updated 2026-07-18
Overview
Boost delivery accounts often appear offline in the member list even while their boosts are active on the server. Discord counts active boosts separately from online status — offline appearance does not mean boosts failed.

This Help Center article is part of the full support catalog. Priority troubleshooting guides are fully expanded; this page currently provides the verified checklist while longer walkthrough content is completed.
What you should check
- 1Open Server Settings → Server Boost Status and verify the active boost count matches your order.
- 2Do not judge delivery success by whether boosting accounts show a green online indicator.
- 3Avoid kicking or banning delivery accounts — this can remove boosts from your server.
- 4If boost count is short, see why-have-my-boosts-not-appeared before assuming offline status is the issue.
- 5Contact support with invoice ID and a screenshot of Server Boost Status if counts do not match.
What not to do
- Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
- Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
- Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
When to contact support
