What you should check

  1. 1Confirm the token was unused and failed on first redemption attempt with a logged error.
  2. 2Verify server security settings were disabled per Vanta requirements before the attempt.
  3. 3Do not share tokens publicly — compromised tokens void warranty eligibility.
  4. 4Gather invoice ID, token batch details, and screenshots of the tool error.
  5. 5See boost-warranty-and-replacement-eligibility for managed boost orders (separate product).
3

What not to do

  • Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
  • Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
  • Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
4

When to contact support

Open live chat on vantaboosts.com if the checklist does not resolve the issue, or if your order needs investigation.

  • Invoice / order number from your confirmation email or account orders page
  • The product you purchased
  • A working Discord invite when delivery is involved
  • A short description of what you expected versus what you see
