What this issue means

Seeing “delivered” on your order while boosts are not visible in Discord is frustrating, but it does not always mean payment failed or that nothing happened on our side. This article explains the difference between payment, processing, fulfillment status, and what you should actually see in your server.

2

Payment, processing, delivered, and visible boosts

  • Payment completed — your checkout provider confirmed funds; the order can move into fulfillment.
  • Processing — Vanta is attempting delivery using the invite and product on your order.
  • Marked delivered — our system recorded fulfillment steps as complete for that order.
  • Visible in Discord — your server boost count and perk level reflect the purchased boosts.

An order can be marked delivered while boosts still appear missing if the invite was wrong, server security removed accounts, boosts were applied and later dropped, or a system mismatch needs manual review. Support must verify which case applies before promising a replacement or refund.

Important

Do not assume fulfillment is guaranteed or complete until support confirms what happened on your specific order.

Common causes

  • Invalid, expired, single-use, or vanity-restricted invite submitted at checkout
  • Membership screening delaying or blocking new accounts
  • Apply to Join requiring manual approval before accounts can remain
  • Anti-raid or security bots automatically removing new accounts
  • Temporary low stock or a fulfillment-system error recorded incorrectly
  • Boosts applied successfully but later dropped due to kicks, bans, or Discord actions

What you should check

  1. 1Compare payment completed time with when the order first showed delivered.
  2. 2Open Server Settings → Server Boost Status and note the current boost count.
  3. 3Create a fresh invite with enough uses and a long or unlimited expiry.
  4. 4Disable Apply to Join temporarily if it is enabled.
  5. 5Review membership screening questions and approval queues.
  6. 6Check anti-raid, verification, or moderation bot logs for kicks and bans.
  7. 7Confirm you did not remove delivery accounts from the member list.

Step-by-step troubleshooting

  1. 1Gather your invoice or order number from email or https://vantaboosts.com/account/orders.
  2. 2Fix invite and server-setting issues using the checklist above.
  3. 3Take a screenshot showing your boost count and the delivered order status.
  4. 4Open live chat on vantaboosts.com with the invoice number and working invite.
  5. 5Describe what you expected versus what you see — do not claim boosts were never sent before support reviews logs.
  6. 6Follow support instructions before reordering or requesting a refund.
6

What not to do

  • Do not place a duplicate order until support confirms the first order cannot be completed or corrected.
  • Do not tell customers or moderators that boosts are guaranteed to appear before investigation finishes.
  • Do not kick, ban, or mass-remove new accounts while support is reviewing delivery.
  • Do not share account passwords or Nitro tokens in chat.

When to contact support

Open live chat as soon as you have a delivered status but no matching boost increase, or if boosts appeared briefly and then disappeared.

  • Invoice or order number
  • Fresh Discord server invite
  • Screenshot of boost count and order page
  • Approximate time boosts were visible, if they ever were
