Referral Tracking

Referral tracking uses a 30-day cookie (vanta_ref) set when someone visits with your ?ref= code. The last referred click before checkout usually receives attribution if the cookie is intact.

   Ensure visitors use your full referral URL with the ref parameter.

   Know the cookie lasts 30 days — late purchases within that window can still attribute.

   Ad blockers and strict privacy modes can prevent cookie storage and break tracking.

   Compare click count vs successful referrals on your dashboard to spot tracking issues.

   Contact support if a verified referred order did not attribute with invoice ID.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
