What you should check

  1. 1Send customers server-invite-requirements before they redeem keys.
  2. 2Verify anti-raid and screening are disabled on customer servers before delivery.
  3. 3Escalate to Vanta support with key ID or order ID — not customer passwords or tokens.
  4. 4Understand Vanta warranty terms limit replacements for Discord platform actions.
  5. 5See boost-warranty-and-replacement-eligibility for boost-specific rules.
3

What not to do

  • Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
  • Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
  • Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
4

When to contact support

Open live chat on vantaboosts.com if the checklist does not resolve the issue, or if your order needs investigation.

  • Invoice / order number from your confirmation email or account orders page
  • The product you purchased
  • A working Discord invite when delivery is involved
  • A short description of what you expected versus what you see
