Why a Nitro Token May Not Work

Tokens may fail when expired, already redeemed, captcha-locked, restricted by Discord, entered incorrectly, or used while server security blocks the boosting session.

   Verify the token has not passed its valid window — see nitro-token-duration for typical ranges.

   Confirm the token was not already redeemed in a previous session.

   Check for captcha-lock or phone-verification flags on the token account.

   Ensure anti-raid bots and verification are disabled on the target server.

   Copy the token exactly with no extra spaces or line breaks.

   Contact support with invoice ID and the exact error message from Boost Bot or Boost Tool.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
