Overview
Crypto invoices include a payment window. Sends after expiry or incomplete amounts may not auto-link to your order. Pending blockchain confirmations are normal; expired invoices require a new checkout or support review.

What you should check
- 1Check the countdown timer on the invoice before sending — late sends may miss the window.
- 2Verify you sent the full exact amount, not a rounded or partial payment.
- 3If the timer expired, do not assume a late send will attach — contact support with transaction hash.
- 4For slow confirmations, wait for required blocks before opening a missing-payment ticket.
- 5See crypto-payment-not-detected for full detection troubleshooting.
3
What not to do
- Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
- Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
- Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
