Why Is an Order Pending?

Pending usually means payment has not fully confirmed. Card and Apple Pay authorizations can fail or expire; crypto payments require the correct amount on the correct network before the invoice marks Paid.

   Confirm whether you received a payment confirmation email — no email often means checkout did not finish.

   For card or Apple Pay, retry checkout or use a different method if the authorization was declined.

   For crypto, verify you sent the exact amount on the network shown at checkout before the timer expires.

   Check vantaboosts.com/account/orders — a Pending row may appear before payment confirms.

   Wait for blockchain confirmations if you already sent crypto; detection is not always instant.

   Contact support with your checkout email and any transaction hash if payment completed but status stays Pending.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
