What you should check

  1. 1Check your per-product balance cost in the reseller panel before setting retail prices.
  2. 2Factor in payment processing fees you charge customers separately.
  3. 3Account for support and warranty responsibilities you owe end customers.
  4. 4See reseller-warranty-responsibilities for post-sale obligations.
  5. 5Avoid underpricing below balance cost — each redemption deducts panel balance.
3

What not to do

  • Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
  • Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
  • Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
4

When to contact support

Open live chat on vantaboosts.com if the checklist does not resolve the issue, or if your order needs investigation.

  • Invoice / order number from your confirmation email or account orders page
  • The product you purchased
  • A working Discord invite when delivery is involved
