What you should check

  1. 1Verify the customer copied the full key with no extra spaces.
  2. 2Check panel history — if redeemed, identify which order consumed it.
  3. 3Confirm the key product SKU matches the checkout product.
  4. 4Generate a replacement key only after confirming the original was not successfully redeemed.
  5. 5See how-reseller-keys-work for customer-side redemption steps.

What not to do

  • Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
  • Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
  • Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
