Purchase Confirmation Emails

After a successful purchase, Vanta sends a confirmation email with your invoice ID, product details, and order total. This email is the fastest way to track delivery if you are not signed into your account.

   Search inbox and spam/junk for email from Vanta sent immediately after checkout.

   Save the invoice ID from the confirmation — support uses it for every order lookup.

   Verify the product name and quantity match what you intended to buy.

   Sign in at vantaboosts.com/account/orders if the email has not arrived within a few minutes.

   Confirm you entered the correct email at checkout; typos prevent delivery of confirmation.

   Contact support with your payment receipt or transaction ID if no confirmation appears after 15 minutes.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
