What you should check
- 1Compare the invite you submitted with the server that received boosts.
- 2Gather Server Boost Status screenshots from both servers if applicable.
- 3Contact support immediately — do not reorder until the original is reviewed.
- 4Understand boosts generally cannot move between servers per Discord and Vanta terms.
- 5See can-boosts-be-transferred for policy details.
3
What not to do
- Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
- Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
- Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
