The 14-Day Earnings Hold

All referral commissions enter a 14-day hold after the referred order is paid. This window covers refund and dispute review before funds move to your available payout balance.

   Check pending vs available balance on Account → Referrals.

   Count 14 days from the referred order paid date — not from click date.

   Held commissions move automatically when the hold clears; no manual action needed.

   Refunds during the hold period reverse or reduce the pending commission.

• Do not submit duplicate orders while waiting for support review.
• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
• Do not remove boosting or delivery accounts before support finishes reviewing the order.
