Can Boosts Disappear?

Boosts can disappear when Nitro subscriptions end, Discord removes accounts, anti-raid tools kick boosters, or platform enforcement actions occur. Vanta warranty review applies only to eligible drops within the product warranty window.

1. 1Check Server Boost Status in Discord for how many active boosts remain versus what you ordered.
2. 2Note whether the drop happened shortly after delivery or days/weeks later — timing affects warranty review.
3. 3Review whether anti-raid bots or verification systems removed boosting accounts from the server.
4. 4Confirm boosts were not removed because the boosting accounts left or lost Nitro outside Vanta's control.
5. 5Do not remove remaining boosting accounts before support finishes a warranty review.

• Do not share passwords, Nitro tokens, seed phrases, or full card numbers in chat or public channels.
